This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs permitted and prohibited uses of the plandatum Service. This AUP is incorporated into the plandatum Terms of Service.
1. Permitted Use
You may use the Service only for lawful business, internal development, testing, demonstration, evaluation, and other permitted purposes under the Terms of Service, applicable order forms, and this AUP.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You may not, and may not permit others to:
- violate any law, regulation, sanctions rule, export-control rule, or third-party right;
- infringe, misappropriate, or violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or data-protection rights;
- attempt to access another user's account, project, generated data, schema, workspace, or infrastructure;
- probe, scan, defeat, bypass, or compromise authentication, authorization, tenant isolation, usage limits, rate limits, trial limits, or security controls;
- upload, transmit, or store malware, harmful code, credential theft materials, or instructions intended to compromise systems;
- interfere with, degrade, overload, or disrupt the Service or related infrastructure;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, harvest, or extract the Service except where applicable law prohibits such restriction;
- resell, sublicense, or provide the Service as a service bureau unless expressly authorized in writing;
- use the Service to create deceptive, fraudulent, illegal, or harmful content, including content designed to impersonate real people, facilitate identity theft, evade fraud controls, or misrepresent synthetic data as real data where doing so would be unlawful or deceptive;
- use automated methods to create accounts or evade plan, usage, or trial restrictions.
3. Prohibited Data Unless Separately Agreed
Unless Agilarc LLC expressly agrees in a separate written agreement, you must not upload, submit, or process:
- HIPAA-regulated protected health information;
- full payment card data or cardholder data subject to PCI DSS storage restrictions;
- Social Security numbers, government identifiers, passwords, API keys, private keys, production secrets, or credential material;
- children's personal information;
- highly sensitive regulated categories that require specialized compliance terms, controls, or data-processing commitments not expressly agreed in writing.
4. Security Responsibilities
You are responsible for protecting credentials, tokens, devices, and systems used to access the Service. You must promptly notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise, security vulnerability, or misuse involving the Service.
5. Monitoring and Enforcement
We may monitor for abuse, suspicious activity, security threats, excessive usage, or violations of this AUP. We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, limit usage, suspend access, terminate accounts, notify affected parties, or cooperate with law enforcement or regulators when appropriate.
